About the images

All the photos posted on our web gallery are low resolution images available for client/customer soft-proofing and ordering. These images are available to purchase for personal, media or corporate use. Please contact us regarding our commercial usage and rates.

PRODUCTS

We have available to order digital images, printed enlargements or canvas prints.

Digital images* (RGB)

Level 1 - Low Resolution Image - $15   (suitable for email, online, digital photo albums and slideshows only)

Level 2 - High Resolution Image - $30   (suitable for newspaper and office document printing only)

Level 3 - High Resolution Image - $45   (suitable for photo, book, brochure printing only)

            *CMYK conversion available at additional cost. Please specify image size requirements when ordering, otherwise default size will be delivered. Digital images are delivered via a online large file transfer system. Please ensure that you can access the image file by downloading it within 4 days of receiving the email link. Alternatively, arrange to receive the image by email or images ordered can be burned to CD at additional cost.

Enlargements

We access the finest photographic printers available, operated by skilled technicians through professional labs to produce the highest quality prints and that is why we guarantee the quality of all prints.

All our prints are provided without a border. We offer the option of applying a white border to your prints*. We also offer the option of more specialised papers and printing including 'giclee' fine art prints at additional cost.

Also available are reduced rates for bulk print orders. Please let us know if you wish to order more than ten copies of a selected print.

*A white border is an additional cost of $3.00 on top of print costs. The white border should be ordered where the print is to be professionally framed under a mat so as not to cover any of the image. The white border is included within the print size and therefore slightly reduces the image size.

Canvas prints

We create ready-to-hang stretched canvases on a frame printed for all your home or business needs. We print on the finest materials and offer a large range of size choices and cost options.

To ensure the high quality and vibrancy of your print and protect your canvas for years to come we use:

* The finest 430GSM archival quality canvas.
* Superior fade resistant inks (75 years +)
* 38mm professional quality profiled wooden frames.
* High quality UV liquid laminate protective seal to provide scratch resistance which is anti-fungal and  allows the canvas to be wiped down with a damp cloth.
* Ready to hang.

*prices listed above include gst. Postage and handling costs are quoted based on location and delivery arrangements.

PLACING AN ORDER

Please preview the images within the gallery and select the images you wish to order by:

1. Clicking on each gallery page and then checking the Checkbox against each image you wish to order. Then press the Add to Basket button located above the images to add them to your shopping basket.
2. Once you have finalised your selections and added them to your basket, review them by clicking the link View Basket and confirm your order by clicking the Finalise my Selections button. If you are not ready to confirm your selections you can you can enter the gallery at anytime and select images.
3. Once you have finalised your selections follow the procedures by filling out the form to finalise your order. Any notes that you wish to make to your order will currently need to be emailed to us directly.
4. Our shopping cart process does not currently process live payments, so we will contact you shortly for payment options.
5. Orders are processed on receipt of payment. No returns are available on prints unless damage or quality is adversely affected. The web-gallery provides customers with the ability to determine the general look of the image. Variations may occur between online and printed media.

Shipping information

Once we receive your order we will contact you via email within 3 business days for payment and shipping details. Orders are processed on receipt of payment.

The following delivery time apply:

• Digital images are delivered within 7-14 days*
• Enlargement prints are delivered within 10-21 days*
• Canvas prints are delivered within 10-21 days*

Fast turnaround service is available for print delivery at additional cost of $35 + courier costs.

*depending on time of year. Delivery may be delayed from 11 Dec - 15 Jan and 8 Mar - 9 Apr due to printer/office holiday closures.
