What is BLUE? Well it describes our environmental policy in colour! In fact, the largest worldwide environmental issue is now viewed in BLUE! Once upon a time we were concerned about our impact on the wilderness, the forest catchments, the Amazon, all the GREEN things in protecting our environment! But for years we largely ignored these. Now we worry about BLUE things. The things we readily recognise as the ‘sky’ and ‘water’. Because water resources and greenhouse gases are the main issues of protecting today’s environment. We solidly believe in operating our business in an environmentally responsible manner and contributing in our small way to a wider collective effort. We actively look at ways we can operate in an environmentally sustainable way that makes a difference to our environment for the future. We ask customers to consider the wider benefits of choosing a business that is committed to protecting our environment. We also acknowledge the tradtional owners of the land on which we operate our business, the Boonerwrung of the Kulin nation and pay our respects to their elders past and present. |
