Licence Agreement

The photographer provides a licence for you to use for your own purposes as part of the initial contract. The appropriate licence is worked out within the photographer initial brief and is included in the contract when booking. Clients are granted rights to use the photographs in within agreed media and territory for the period set out by their initial contractual agreement.

Changes in the original purpose or further licensing of the images may attract an additional cost. Image licensing will be required where you reproduce the image in any way not included in the original contract or where the usage is considered commercial, advertising or promotional or where there may be continued usage above the agreed period.

The cost of the license depends greatly on the size, placement and longevity of campaign. When making a booking we work with you to ensure you have the most appropriate image license for your objectives and budget.
